Gregory G. Keane holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Florida State University and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Keane is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer and a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer.
Mr. Keane has practiced as a CPA for eight years in Florida, prior to his admission to the Florida Bar in 1979. He has taught accounting and tax courses at several universities in Florida. He has practiced with Arthur Andersen & Co., CPAs; Coopers and Lybrand, CPAs; and the International Wall Street Law Firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts, now known as Pillsbury, Winthrop, Pittman & Shaw, Law Firm. The firm represents high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals on wealth transfer planning with a special emphasis on leveraged transfer strategies, multigenerational planning and asset protection.

Mr. Keane is a member of the Estate Planning and Estate Administration for Business Owners Committee, Technology and Economics Committee and Asset Protection Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Keane is a member of the Florida Bar’s Committee on Relations between the Florida Bar and the Institute of CPAs and was a member for six years of the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law, which is an official arm of the Supreme Court of the State of Florida. Mr. Keane is a member of the Board Certification Committee for Wills, Trusts and Estates, and is chairman of the Tax Section’s Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
